Collaboratives
Building an integrated and sustainable health system requires people, communities and organizations to work together better and differently than before. Every Health Service Provider is now required to take a systems view of their organizations; looking for new and innovative ways to integrate and innovate their services. HSP Boards have a leadership role to play in setting these new expectations and for exploring new ways to communicate, share and collaborate together. This section provides the forum and tools to begin across organization, across board and across LHIN collaborations.
